The school has 4 positions available are hoping to find some young, enthusiastic and engaging graduates to help inspire and push their students. You will be working as a general Teaching assistant across all year groups and running small intervention booster classes to help your allocated students reach and surpass their attainment goals.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
*Understanding how pupils learn and develop

*General understanding of national/foundation stage curriculum
*Ability to self‐evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning

*Ability to motivate pupils
*Ability to problem solve
*Ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom
roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.

QUALIFICATIONS
*Good literacy skills - GCSE Grade C or above in English Language; Level 2
*English or above; or equivalent Global delay experience
*Good numeracy skills- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths; Level 2 Maths or
*An honours degree (preferably Upper Second) or equivalent
*Up to date First Aid training
*Up to date Safeguarding training

INFORMATION ON THE ROLE
*8:00AM to 4:00PM
*Graduate Teaching Assistant
*Small intervention classes as well as general Teaching Assistant work
*Rate is between £70 - £80 per day based on experience
*Preparation & planning for booster classes
*ASAP start with view of going permanent

Arsenal station is a stones throw from the school - there are also various busses that drop you near the grounds

All Candidates that apply must have a degree and an interest in becoming a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas police Clearances and professional reference checks. Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
