Graduate Teaching Assistant

Are you a recent graduate who is considering a role in education and has experience working with children? Would you be keen to work in local Primary Schools in Luton or Bedford on a long-term contract for the rest of the academic year?

Tradewind is working with a variety of Primary schools throughout Luton (Bedfordshire) who are looking for talented graduates who want to help support their students on a 1:1 basis and with small groups.

***Graduate Teaching Assistants - All subjects welcome with a minimum 2:2 grade
***Immediate start with Primary Schools in Bedfordshire
***Long term role paid between £70 and £80 per day
***Opportunities to progress onto teacher training

With the recent pandemic many schools have found students have knowledge gaps thanks to home schooling and academic graduates with inspiring personalities are needed to help support these students. The position of Teaching Assistant is a rewarding role which can progress into a career for the right person.

Criteria:
*Degree Qualified
*Experience working with children (does not need to be school based)
*SEN knowledge and experience (highly desirable)
*Desire to gain in-class experience from a range of excellent teachers
*Strong, confident personality that will inspire students
*Keen to get involved with all aspects of school life including extracurricular activities
*Open to taking on teacher training in the future
