Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for full time and part Teaching assistants, to cover interventions roles supporting key subjects across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
The position of graduate Teaching Assistant is paying a daily rate of £65 to £75 per day.
As a graduate Teaching Assistant your role will be support the classroom teacher by helping supervise students in the classroom, work with children on an individual, small group or whole class basis. You will be required to ensure students are making regular progress and promote positive behaviour.
To be shortlisted for this graduate Teaching Assistant role, you will need to have
*A university degree in English, Maths, Drama or History
*Good organisation skills
*Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills
*Patient with a sense of humour
*Confident in working independently or in a group setting
*Enjoy working with students and aspire to be a primary teacher

To join us and be successful in the Graduate Teaching Assistant role you will need:
*To have psychology degree or equivalent qualifications.
*Experience working with children or young adults.
*This position you will need an enhanced DBS disclosure, Over Seas Police Clearance (if applicable) and profession reference checks - At least 2!
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be noted.
*You must have legal right to work in the UK.
