** Daily pay rates of £75 - £85 p/day based on school and your background

Located across Hertfordshire Tradewind are working with a range of Academies, schools and trusts. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you'll be responsible for working with small groups of pupils, working alongside individual pupils on a 1-2-1 basis and leading lesson's to create a positive learning environment. Ongoing CPD is available through Tradewind and our forward thinking schools who also offer either a salaried or non-salaried School Centred Initial Teacher Training programme. The experience gained at these schools will help support anyone considering teaching or a career in education going forward!
