Requirements:

*Degree minimum 2:1
*Aspiration to have a career in education
*Excellent Maths and English skills
*Confidence in your abilities
*Friendly- able to build good relationships with staff, parents and students
*Positions to start ASAP or after February half term
*Must be available to register ASAP
*Minimum two references & a DBS

This fantastic school are looking for an enthusiastic and bright graduate who is potentially thinking about teaching, but just haven't made their mind up yet and are seeking a long term Teaching Assistant post. As a Teaching Assistant, you will gain the experience you need before becoming a teacher and the good thing is, this school are willing to offer a permanent contract to you after 16 weeks. If you can show them the commitment needed they will commit to you. This Teaching Assistant role offers a wide range of experience including SEN, various professional development training and additional hours for extra-curricular activities.
