Tradewind are working with a well established and very support "Good" school in High Wycombe seeking Maths graduates to start as TAs in September and continue on to teacher training.

This school regularly puts its teaching assistants into teacher training, and now needs four new staff to replace those who are now going on to train- CPD and career progression is a priority here and thus their staff retention and satisfaction is excellent. The school is a medium sized school, graded 'Good' in their most recent Ofsted in January 19, and caters for pupils from years 7 - 12, offering a friendly and supportive environment to staff and students.

The school have a well designed and purpose built, modern building boasting exceptional facilities and a calming environment for learning. Pupils enjoy a range of extra curricular activities and clubs and benefit from the schools links with the local community and other schools.

As a trainee at the school, you will be provided with a personalised training programme that will enable you to develop your knowledge and understanding of how to teach and how to enhance your classroom practice. The successful development of these key attributes over the course of the year will lead to QTS being awarded, with the possibility of attaining the PGCE as an additional academic qualified.
