Secondary Schools - Permanent roles starting September - North and East London - Open to graduates with a 2:1 or above and strong A-Levels - £15,500 to £21,550 based on school

***Graduate Teaching Assistants required in all Secondary subjects - North and East London
***Direct roles on the schools pay roll - £15,500 to £21,550 based on school and your background
***Open to all graduates with a 2:1 or above and strong A-Levels/GCSE's

The Schools - Graduate Teaching Assistants
Located throughout North and East London we are working with a variety of schools who are looking to improve grades and outcomes for their pupils by employing passionate, able graduates to support at all key stages for the 2020/21 academic year. The schools we work with are varied with Academy's, Comprehensive, religious and single-sex schools all looking for the best graduates to join on a direct basis. These forward thinking schools will offer the very best graduates the opportunity to teacher train for the following year through either a salaried or non-salaried School Centred Initial Teacher Training programme. The experience gained at these schools will help support anyone considering teaching or a career in education going forward!

The Roles - Graduate Teaching Assistants
*The role will be to work with students in small group or on a one to one basis to help encourage confidence in the subject and progression at every opportunity.
*The successful candidates will not only need a strong academic background but will need the personality to match, with passion for their subject, while always acting as a great role model or mentor to your students.
*These roles are not school hours only as you will be expected to help with meetings after school as well as parent's evenings etc. It is a fully committed role which will be very rewarding for the right people.
