Experience or a degree in any of the following areas is advantageous;

* Sports Coaching or Development
* Education - including SEN
* Psychology
* Social Care
* Child Care
* Nursing
* Therapy
* Youth Studies

The role would be supporting pupils with Social Emotional Mental Health Needs, Autism Spectrum Condition, Complex Learning Difficulties, Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties and additional needs on a full time basis across all key stages therefore you will need to be adaptable and empathetic to the varying needs of pupils in your care. You would be required to work either on a one to one basis with a designated pupil or a small group basis. You would be responsible for general teaching assistant duties including academic support in core subjects such as Literacy and Numeracy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to develop skills and build experience in the education sector, potentially completing a teaching qualification in the future.
