*Teach inspiring and motivational lessons to all Key Stages
*Continue to raise the profile of the subject across the school
*Oversee the development and enrichment of the curriculum
*Liaise with Music and English Departments to ensure cross curricular links
*Manage the teaching and learning of all students ensuring pupil progress is monitored effectively
*Develop and implement whole school improvement plan for Drama
*Produce annual showcase events open to families
