Tradewind Recruitment are looking to appoint an engaging , ambitious and enthusatic Expressive Arts Teacher who is looking to lead the Expressive Arts Faculty to greatness. This Faculty currently encompasses Art, Drama and Music - and there is much existing good practice to build on in all these areas. This client is looking for someone who is specialised in music disciplines.

Due to the responsibility with this role, this would not be suitable for an NQT but would be suitable for a Teacher looking to take the next step in their career. Full support would be given from SLT.

The main responsibilities of this role would be to contribute actively to the strategic and operational success of the school, through membership of the school's Middle Leadership Team. You will ensure the Faculty delivers an exciting and stimulating programme of Arts experiences for students - curricular, cross-curricular and extra-curricular. You will ensure students following Arts courses achieve the highest possible outcomes, both academic and with respect to their personal development. You will develop, implement and seek to continually improve a vibrant programme of communityfocused Arts activities, including ensuring all students at the school have opportunities to develop and showcase their skills.
