*This is well-run school located in Hackney, East London is a great example of how a poor performing school can be turned around and improved by a driven Senior Leadership Team and excellent teachers.
*The school has been through a period of improvement since the new head arrived in 2013 which last year saw the school receive a 'Good' Ofsted grade. The head is ambitious to improve the school further and with the hard-working staff and students it is a matter of 'when' rather than 'if' this is achieved.
*For September, the school requires a Head of Geography to join on a permanent basis who has the vision to lead the department forward. The school teaches Geography through to A-level and it is a popular choice at all key stages.
*The school are open to see applications from experienced teachers taking the step up as well as experienced subject leaders or heads of department.
