This is an exciting time to join the school. In their recent OFSTED of the residential department, Leadership and Management was judged "outstanding" (January 2019) where "leaders' expert knowledge and steadfast commitment to children have inspired them to continue their own professional journeys". They have an impressive campus offering fabulous indoor and outdoor innovative facilities to support teaching and learning.
The Head of Inclusion will set the vision for their most able students and develop links with their partner settings and other mainstream provisions to provide a rich and varied curriculum. As an inclusive school, they are committed to ensuring that every child reaches their potential through a personalised approach. They are seeking a passionate and head of inclusion with a strong base of experience in SEN and inclusion.
Ideally, the candidate will be a qualified teacher of the visually-impaired although mandatory training will be offered to candidates where required.
