Tradewind are currently recruiting for a Client school in Surrey who are arranging interviews now for a new Head of Modern Foreign Languages.

The position is to start in January (if not sooner) at a good, mixed community school with approximately 1000 Students aged 11 - 16.

Salary will reflect experience/ suitability + possible TLR for the right candidate (London Fringe)

The job would suit an experienced teacher of KS3 - KS4 French and Spanish, ideally with senior / leadership experience.

The school need a strong candidate to provide professional leadership, direction and management for the MFL Department in order to secure high quality teaching.
Someone with effective use of resources who will not only maintain, but also improve standards of learning and achievement for all pupils.

The successful candidate will lead the development of excellent teaching and learning of French and Spanish. Also support the daily work of the department, including supporting the management of MFL in the curriculum, the implementation of policy decision, and the organisation of appropriate lessons.
