*The Physics Teacher will have exceptional teaching skills, be organised and show commitment to both their teaching and the progression of the other members of the department.
*As a Head of Department they must be able to lead by example and take on the responsibility for the resources and lessons provided by the Science Team.
*The ideal candidate will have an outstanding understanding of all parts of Science and be able to show a strong track record of Physics results throughout their teaching career.
*The successful candidate for this Head of Physics role will show passion, innovation and energy in all lessons and be able to collaborate with the rest of their department to maintain high teaching standards.
