Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an inspiring, passionate and exceptional Head of School for a Wellingborough based Primary school. The diverse, two form entry Primary school is part of an outstanding MAT who pride themselves on their expertise and clear vision for excellence within the learning environment.
The successful leader will work closely with the Executive Headteacher and trust leaders and be an integral part of the MAT's rapid growth and improvement journey.
The MAT have developed a bespoke CPD programme for the teaching and support staff of their 10 primary schools. They are committed to enabling their staff to be assessment proficient and strive to be the best version of themselves for the children.
The MAT Leaders have very high expectations and are seeking an ambitious and hungry Head of School who adopts their values and ethos around the trust.

Salary - L17 - 23

*QTS status or equivalent (overseas teachers will be considered)
*Enhanced DBS or Overseas Police Checks if necessary
