*The successful candidate will have the vision, creativity and experience to drive the continued development of the Science department.
*The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Head of Science, or as a Key Stage Coordinator and seeking the next step.
*You will need to be able to teach Science from KS3 to KS5 as well as lead, mentor and develop the team.
*The successful leader will also support other staff in the department and will line manage key post holders in the department.
*You must hold QTS and have recent experience teaching in the UK.
*A good track record for results in GCSE and A Level is essential.
