Tradewind Recruitment are look for a Headteacher to start on an interim basis at a primary school in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

The school is a friendly primary school with an established and experienced staff base where staff retention is not issue. The school has a mixed demographic including a high proportion of EAL. There is also a transient population which can lead to intermittent student attendance throughout the school year. They Headteacher will be supported by an experienced Deputy Head.

They are seeking a Headteacher with a proven track record of driving educational outcomes. The primary school is currently Ofsted Requires Improvement and they are seeking a Headteacher who can work towards moving the school forward. They are ideally seeking an individual with prior experience of moving a school from a Requires Improvement to 'Good'.

The role will start on an interim basis and has the potential to turn into a permanent post for the right candidate.

Essential requirements:
Headteacher experience, Leadership qualification, proven track record of school improvement
