My client, a multi-form Primary Academy, located on the borders of Suffolk and Norfolk are seeking a talented and successful Headteacher to make a significant contribution to the schools future success.

This school's goal is to raise standards and progress across every area of the school and the successful candidate will take a lead on developing and delivering in all areas.

You will be able to motivate and inspire a team of Teachers,Support staff and other staff members across the schools

Ensure a broad, balanced and well planned curriculum is delivered to all pupils

Ensure the highest possible standards of teaching and learning

Train and develop staff in line with the trusts processes

Monitor and report on pupil progress

Ensure excellent pastoral care to all pupils

Maintain strong relationships with parents and the wider community

Promote inclusion in all aspects of school life

Take a lead on safeguarding staff and pupils across the school.

The salary on offer will be L18-L24, a relocation package may be offered.
