Tradewind recruitment is currently working with a supportive and inclusive Secondary School in Hillingdon who are seeking to recruit a Headteacher's PA on a full-time, temporary basis to commence in September. This is a Full Time, Long Term position that will run until the end of Term 1 in the first instance. This role is term time only.

The school is seeking a Headteacher's PA who can deliver effective and efficient administrative support to the Headteacher as well as the Governors. Using your outstanding organisational and communication skills, you will be required to manage the Headteacher's diary and be required to minute meetings as required by the Headteacher.

To be successful in this Headteacher's PA role, you will have similar experience in a previous role, ideally within a school. You will be adaptable, a quick learner, and be able to effectively work on numerous tasks at once. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. You will have a calm and positive approach to work and understand the importance of confidentiality. Excellent typing and minute-taking skills are vital for this position.
