Tradewind Recruitment are working with an exceptional All-Girls Secondary School in Croydon who are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the pivotal role of the Headteacher's Personal Assistant.
Position: Headteacher's Personal Assistant (PA)
Location: Croydon, London
Salary: £17 per hour increasing depending on experience
Starting: Immediately
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at an executive level.
- Ideally, prior experience supporting Executive Headteachers, Headteachers or Deputy Headteachers in an educational setting.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in office management tools and software, with experience in SIMS/Bromcom
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Headteacher.
- Managing the Headteacher's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of the Headteacher.
- Organising and coordinating events, conferences, and school functions.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Liaising with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders as required.
- Managing travel arrangements and logistical arrangements for the Headteacher.
An enhanced DBS on the update service is essential (this can be done through Tradewind if necessary).
