Tradewind Recruitment are looking for an excellent Health & Social Care Teacher to join a friendly, hardworking Social Sciences team at a vibrant, supportive academy in the north of Kent.

This is a permanent, full-time post to begin in September 2020.

This school is rapidly improving due to its strong, positive leadership team who have created a positive working environment for both staff and pupils. The number of students they have on-roll is increasing year by year. The school enjoys positive relationships with parents and governors and their staff team is a one where creativity in the classroom and effective working relationships are key.

The successful candidate will be:
*Expected to teach Health and Social Care across Key Stage 3, GCSE, and to A Level, and to be able and willing to support wider Social Science education at Key Stage 3 and 4.
*Expected to play a full part in supporting and shaping the Health and Social Care provision, including seminars, trips and visits.
*Dedicated and forward-thinking, with the character, skills and drive necessary to inspire students and the ability to deliver engaging lessons of the highest quality.

To be successful in this role of Health and Social Care Teacher you will need to:
*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Have excellent knowledge of the Health and Social Care curriculum.
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
