Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Bromley? Tradewind are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a large Primary Academy based in Bromley. The role is a full-time 1 year contract and the pay scale will be dependent on experience between £70-£85 per day. This role is for a September 2020 start.

The aim is to develop creative, free thinking and confident young people, adept at communicating. The school has 4 core values that they live by. They're committed to working together to provide the highest quality of education that will meet the needs of every child and enable them to achieve their personal best.

The role is for a HLTA within Key Stage 2. The role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) is to help and support the class teacher. Delivering elements of the curriculum in line with the teachers plans whilst helping with further planning within the class. Working cooperatively with staff and students alike to get the best results. Elements of the role will include preparing and developing resources for learning activities. Class cover maybe required during PPA time.

The Academy is currently rated as Outstanding by OFSTED and this is something that they're very proud of. They have very high expectations on all, if you can keep these high expectations then we want to hear from you.

This role requires someone with experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or have relevant qualifications. You must have the legal right to work in the UK. A knowledge or experience of working with SEN would also be beneficial to the role.
