Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

HLTA - February half term start on a long-term basis till July 2021 - £80 to £90 per day based on experience - Must hold Level 4 HLTA Qualification - Immediate interview via Zoom

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant that holds a level 4 HLTA qualification? Are you looking for a new role in a leading Hitchin Primary School supporting students learning across Key Stage 1 and 2?

They have recently spent over a million pounds on a complete upgrade of the facilities making this a great teaching and learning environment. Class sizes are a maximum of 25 to ensure all children get the one to one time they need to reach their potential.

As a HLTA at this school you will work with and support other TA's and work across a range of year groups so a confident HLTA who is able to develop people is essential.

The HLTA must:
***Hold the Level 4 HLTA qualification
***Have recent experience working as a TA/LSA
***Have energy, commitment and creativity
***Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
***Have a positive attitude
****Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2020/21
