Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a talented and passionate HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) for an exciting opportunity starting in ASAP. This temporary-to-permanent, part-time position offers the chance to make a difference and potentially secure a long-term role within this well run mainstream primary school in St. Helens.

Role:

• Assist with lesson planning and delivery.
• Conduct small group activities and provide targeted support.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and record student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals.

Requirements:

• Recognised Level 4 HLTA qualification or relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and supporting young learners.
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks effectively.
