The Head teacher of this brilliant, high achieving school in the heart of Acton, Ealing who are keen to appoint an experienced teaching assistant who is now looking for a step-up role to a HLTA. The role requires you to have confident, clear commutation skills as well as a can-do attitude. The role will involve in supporting pupils across KS1 in the classroom (Nursery to Year 2). General SEN support will also be required. Whilst doing so, the role will also involve in delivering planned lessons across EYFS to KS2. You will also be responsible for marking and feedback.
There will be designated PPA time to help support a positive work and life balance.

The role will involve

*Delivering planned lesson across Key Stage 1
*Work alongside the KS1 Teacher to plan and prepare engaging lessons to deliver
*Marking and providing feedback

This HLTA role is a full time, 5 days' week and will be due to start January 2021

To be considered for the HLTA based in Ealing


you must;

*Have previous experience working in a primary school setting.
*Be a team player - this role requires someone who works well with teachers, pupils and parents
*Either have the professional experience in covering lessons or have gained a Level 4 certificate as a HLTA.
*Demonstrate commitment, dedication and resilience in your previous childcare work
*have an ability to manage sometimes challenging behaviour
*Ideally you will be local to Ealing
