Are you an experienced level 4 HLTA or Teaching Assistant? Are you looking for a role in a Secondary School based in Welwyn Graden City?

Tradewind is working with a fantastic school looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant starting in September on an ongoing basis! This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic school and help students bridge the gap created by the COVID disruption.

Criteria:

• Degree Qualified (essential)
• Level 4 HLTA qualification (preferred)
• Teaching Assistant Experience (essential)
• Worked with small groups, 1:1 and covered classes.
• Able to work on your own initiative and feedback to senior members of staff.
• Aspiring Teacher
• Ideally live locally to Welwyn Garden City or within a commutable distance
• Be available and willing to commit for the academic year with the potential to go permanent.

The School is based on the outskirts of Welwyn Garden City and is accessible by car and public transport including Train. SLT offer ongoing training and support tailored to each member of their staff team. With routes into teaching via the Schools Direct Teacher training route. They were rated 'good' by ofsted in their last report and would like a member of staff who can add real value to their already fantastic team.
