Are you an experienced HLTA available full time from September and looking for a fresh challenge?
Tradewind are working with a primary school in South Sheffield seeking a qualified HLTA at Level 4 or above to work across school from Year 1 - Year 6 covering PPA. The role does not involve any planning although there may be expectation to do some basic marking and collaborate closely with class teachers to prepare resources beforehand.
Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, the school are also looking for a confident classroom practitioner with the ability to engage students and manage behaviour is a positive way working within the school's behaviour policy.
Prior experience of having carried out interventions with small groups of children tracking behind target in key subject areas would also be highly regarded for this role, particularly if that experience was at Year 6.
This role is permanent but is subject to successfully completing a trial period which will be payrolled through Tradewind.
The school was graded Good in it's last Ofsted inspection in 2017, the school has clear policies for behaviour and marking as well as a supportive SLT as well as clear schemes of work.
All staff have access to a safe secure car park during the day.

Hold a relevant HLTA qualification.
DBS criminal Clearance
Applicable and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
