This Academy was redeveloped 4 years ago and offers superb facilities and work closely alongside their local sister school. Class behaviour is positive and follows a collaborative behaviour management plan.
As a HLTA at this school you will work with and support other TA's and work across various year groups so a confident HLTA who is able to develop people is essential.
The HLTA must:
** Hold the Level 4 HLTA qualification
** Have recent experience working as a TA/LSA
** Have energy, commitment and creativity
** Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
** Have a positive attitude
** Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2020/21
