Tradewind are seeking a full time HLTA to start at primary school in Doncaster in September 2020. The successful HLTA will be required to work across KS2 from Year 3 to Year 6. The salary will range from £17,275-£22,500.

The school is based in a suburban area of Doncaster. They are a friendly primary school at the heart of the local community. They work together to create a welcoming environment for everyone. The aim to develop happy, motivated children within a secure, stimulating environment where everyone feels valued. They set high expectation of both the children and staff. They offer fantastic support, guidance and relevant training for all who work within the school.

They are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging HLTA who has confident working knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum. The HLTA will be covering teachers during their PPA time, in addition to covering absences throughout the school. There will also be a requirement to help provide booster support and interventions in preparation for KS2 SATs.

Upon visiting the school, Tradewind were impressed with the warm welcome from staff and students. The SLT are well respected within the school and there is great room for CPD and progression.

Essential requirements:

Knowledge of the primary KS2 UK National Curriculum, SATs experience, HLTA experience desirable, HLTA qualification or QTS preferred, legal right to work in the UK, DBS check.
