Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality support to teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students, fostering their academic and personal development.
- Assisting in the creation of engaging learning materials and resources.
- Leading and supervising classroom activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement.
- Contributing to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
