Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking more responsibility within a school? Or do you have excellent lesson planning and delivery skills, as well as proficient administration skills? Are you interested in supporting students in the SEN department, and offering intervention to students with additional needs?

This school is looking for a HLTA or an SEN TA with administration experience for a unique position which would see you supporting SEN students as well as assisting with the school's administration.

About the Role - HLTA - Harrow, North West London:
*You will be contributing to the effective quality assurance of work within the Inclusion Department and work closely with students and teachers to ensure all SEN students' needs are being met and sustained and measurable progress is taking place.
*You will plan and prepare lessons, interventions and boosters for small groups or individual SEN students, meeting all of their additional needs and abilities. You will prepare the resources for these lessons and use a variety of delivery methods which will stimulate learning, appropriate to student needs.
*You will provide pastoral support and guidance to students and assist in their behavioural, emotional and social development.
*You will also work closely with the Faculty Administration in order to provide effective and accurate administration. These duties will include producing the weekly bulletin, assisting with student transfer paperwork, organising EAL administration, creating materials for Teaching Assistants and typing up INSET timetables.
