HLTA required for an Alternative Provision school in Preston

Are you a strong HLTA with Alternative Provision experience looking for work in Preston?

Tradewind are currently looking for an experienced HLTA to work with children who have social and emotional difficulties needs. The school is OFSTED rated 'Good' Alternative Provision School in Preston. This Alternative Provision school caters for KS3 and KS4 pupils with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

They are currently looking for a Behaviour Specialist HLTA with SEMH, ASD, ASC and Behaviour experience to deliver a variety of lessons, managing up to a maximum of 8 pupils. This is a full time/long term post starting September 2019 half term till summer and has the potential to go permanent.

We are looking for:
*Strong behaviour and classroom management
*Experience working with students with SEMH
*Commitment to the school and their students
*Degree or HLTA status

Experience supporting Pupils with EHC Plans and Social and Emotional Behaviour Difficulties

The Alternative Provision school is based in Preston with close links to the M55 will a large free car park. Additionally, if you are travelling public transport there is a bus stop 5-minute walk from the school.
