Roles and Responsibilities of a HLTA:
Instructional Support: Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
Curriculum Delivery: Lead small group sessions or deliver lessons under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
Assessment and Feedback: Assist in assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to aid their learning journey.
