Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a HLTA for an SEN school in South Liverpool.

This school educates children who have Autism, from EYFS up to KS5. They take pride in having a huge focus on Autism Education research and development.

We are looking for a higher level teaching assistant to cover afternoons, Monday to Friday as of January. You will provide general classroom support dealing with KS 2 class.

We look for:
*Experience working within a school setting
*Previous experience with challenging behaviours
*Calm but positive personality
*Level headed
*Skills to empower young people to make them believe they can achieve
*Excellent listening skills
*Maths and English GCSE as a minimum, TA qualification or hold a degree
