The role is due to start in September 2020 and will last for the full academic year. The position is paying M1 to M6 dependent on experience.

This OFSTED rated 'Good' Primary School provide a supportive and caring environment with inspirational teaching motivating pupils to become lifelong learners. They aim to make lessons creative and fun. They welcome children and staff from a wide range of backgrounds, abilities and talents. They have excellent on-site facilities with spacious and bright indoor and outdoor learning spaces.
The school are looking for a practitioner who has a proven track record of raising attainment to provide Intervention sessions in Literacy and Numeracy for pupils who have missed a significant amount of learning time due to lockdown and school closures.

The Intervention teacher must have the following requirements:
*Have full QTS (or equivalent teaching qualifications)
*Have excellent knowledge and understanding of the UK Curriculum
*Have a creative and inspiring approach to Teaching and Learning
*Be able to engage positively with colleagues, children and parents

*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
*Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
