As an SEN Teaching Assistant , your responsibilities include:
Individualized Support: Providing tailored assistance to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive personalized attention and encouragement.
Assisting Classroom Activities: Collaborating with teachers to facilitate lessons and activities, catering to the specific requirements of SEN students.
Emotional and Behavioral Support: Offering guidance and support to students, fostering emotional well-being and aiding in managing behavioral challenges.
Assessment and Progress Tracking: Assisting in evaluating students' progress and development, contributing insights for their Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining open communication with teachers, parents, and external support agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student care.
