Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a dynamic, well presented and enthusiastic Teacher able to confidently plan and deliver lessons across the Key Stage 1 platform. This is a long-term, full-time position initially for 1 school term starting as soon as possible, with the potential of leading to a longer-term contract for the right candidate. Pay will be to main pay-scale, dependant on experience, meaning candidates can expect to earn between £100.00 and £179.00 per day depending on experience and qualifications. All planning and marking associated with a teaching role will be expected for this position.

This very popular school, based in North Lincolnshire, is looking for someone with excellent classroom management, who teaches with an enthusiastic and nurturing approach and has high expectations of learning. As a newly appointed KS1 Teacher, you will be given free rein to plan and execute your own lessons in line with the national curriculum. You would have the full support of all members of staff and management throughout the academy, with the option to join other members of staff on extra-curricular activities, during and outside school hours. As a small, one form entry school, staff members will be part of a friendly close team that has a strong focus staff development and well-being. The school is equally happy to receive applications from experienced staff members or newly qualified members of staff.

The school has great transport links and includes a staff car-park. Being easily accessible from: Scunthorpe, Lincoln, Doncaster and Grimsby, the school is in an excellent location.

The successful Key Stage 1 Teacher will be provided with a thorough induction package and a wide range of CPD opportunities available for all staff members.

To be considered for this position you must have:
*Experience of working in a primary setting
*An innovative and creative approach to teaching
*Good behaviour management skills

*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
