Key Stage 2 Interventions Teacher - Immediate Start - Bolton

On behalf of our client school, Tradewind are seeking and experienced interventions Teacher to work across Key Stage 2 at a wonderful 1-form entry school in Bolton. This is a full-time position which will begin as soon as the school appoint the ideal candidate and you will be required until the end of the academic year. The daily pay rate for this role is competitive and will be dependent on your experience and suitability for the role.
As the successful candidate, you will be working within a fantastic 1-form entry Primary School. Located In a suburban area close to Little Lever, this Ofsted rated 'Good' Primary school is ideally located between several major bus routes and boasts a large staff car park.
This academic year has been extremely challenging for all children within primary schools. Our partner school are looking for an experienced practitioner who has a proven track record in improving results in children who are below age related expectation (ARE). You will have a calm, nurturing approach and will be able to build relationships quickly to get the best out of the children you are supporting.
As the Schools Key Stage 2 Intervention teacher, your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Lead targeted intervention sessions in Key Stage 2, from Year 3 to Year 6
- Liaise with all the school's full-time class teachers to ensure that you are maximising your time with each child
- Build relationships with the children you are supporting and help restore their confidence in returning to school full time.
- Monitor and track each child so you can ensure the correct amount of progress is achieved.

Essential requirements:
- Fully qualified Teacher Status
- A minimum of 2 Years of teaching experience in the United Kingdom
- Experience in Keys Stage 2 is essential for any applicant
- The school have specified that a specialism in a core subject would be beneficial in this role.
- A proven track record with references to support this.
