This 2-form entry Catholic primary school in Dulwich are currently looking for a Key Stage 2 Phase Leader to join the team from 25th February until July 2019. The position is full time and is paying an annual salary of up to £39,006.
This well-established Catholic Primary school has welcomed families from East Dulwich and surrounding parishes since it was originally founded in 1883. They are described as a happy and successful school that strives for excellence; ensuring that each child grows socially, academically and spiritually - so that they leave fully equipped for the next stage of their life journey. The Headteacher is keen to recruit a Key Stage 2 Phase Leader to join the team. You will be expected to teach your own class but be released throughout the week to support Year 5 and 6 teachers in the school.
The Key Stage 2 Phase Leader must:
*Have full QTS (or equivalent teaching qualifications)
*Be experienced of teaching /leading in KS2
*Ideally have strong knowledge of KS2 SATs
*Have good understanding of the UK curriculum
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Possess good behaviour management skills
*Have a positive work ethic and offer support to others
