Year 5 Primary Teacher - Exceptional Primary School - Option of Year 3, 4 or 5 - Long term post till July - £130 to £170 per day - Welwyn Garden City, Herts - January 2021

Starting in January, this exceptional Hertfordshire based Primary School is looking to appoint an inspirational teacher to take on one of its lovely key stage 2 in Year 5. The school is in an affluent part of Welwyn Garden City and serves a diverse intake of pupils from a range of different cultural and social backgrounds. The school has recently been part of a successful Ofsted inspection where it was awarded an 'Outstanding' overall grade with particular emphasis being placed on the progress students make during key stage 2. The school has a dedicated senior leadership team and a strong head teacher that has an ambitious vision for the school to develop further in the coming years. Ongoing training and development through continuous CPD opportunities are offered to all staff making this a great school for a primary teacher - experienced or newly qualified - to build their career in.

Role Requirements:
*UK QTS holder - Level of experience irrelevant as school can support NQT's but equally offer professional development for experienced teachers.
*Passion for KS2 and happy to take on a talented Year 5 class of 30 lively pupils.
*Keen to be part of the school community by participating in after school activities.
*Be happy to plan and assess students always ensuring progression is made.
