The student in question runs away when he doesn't get his way and if he doesn't agree with certain outcomes or expectations given to him he can act out and have an episode. The school need someone resilient who is able to get through to the student and get him back on the right track.

*8:30AM to 3:30PM Monday to Friday
*You must be able to assess situations and react accordingly
*Strong behaviour management
*Team Teach or an equivalent certification
*Rate is between £70 - £80 per day based on experience
*ASAP start

The perfect candidate will have the following skills, qualifications & attributes.
*Must have a calm nature
*Very good at communication
*Strong and clear speaker
*Strong behaviour management
*Team Teach isn't required but is a plus
*Knowledge of PECS isn't required but is a plus
*Knowledge of Makaton isn't required but is a plus
