We're in search of a passionate Key Stage 2 Educator for a renowned school located in Dudley. The perfect candidate should possess qualified teaching status, a background in instructing Key Stage 2 students, and a genuine dedication to collaborating with both young learners and colleagues.

About the Role:

In this role, you will leverage your comprehensive understanding of the National Curriculum to lead a Key Stage 2 class, guiding and empowering the students to attain their educational objectives. You will collaborate with fellow teachers and teaching assistants, collectively tailoring support for the learners. Your duties encompass:

  • Skillfully managing your classroom environment.
  • Designing and delivering engaging, motivational lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, which also include assigning homework tasks.
  • Establishing attainable objectives and accurately recording assessments.
  • Ensuring the well-being of the students in your class and throughout the school, while working closely with the pastoral team.
  • Engaging in cooperative efforts with other team members and external professionals to provide optimal support to students.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills, fostering effective dialogue with parents and colleagues.
  • Taking ownership of personal reflection and professional development.

This role is a full time role 8:15am - 3:40pm, working Monday - Friday.
