About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting Key Stage 2 students, contributing to their educational journey and personal growth.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Key Stage 2 environment or substantial experience working with older primary school students.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with children in Key Stage 2.
• Confidence in managing diverse situations within a classroom setting.
• A passion for ensuring the success of every student and helping them reach their full potential.
• Strong interpersonal skills, grounded in effective communication.
• Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently.
• Self-awareness regarding personal strengths and areas for development, with a proactive approach to feedback.

Essential Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
• A comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with explanations for any gaps.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
