About the School - KS1 Teacher and English Leader - Westminster, Central London

A wonderful and large 3 form entry primary school in Westminster is currently seeking a KS1 teacher to join their school and teach either Year 1 or Year 2.
You will also be required to lead English across the whole school.
For the school, English is an area the school is working to improve and therefore the school is seeking a teacher who has led English before and proven they can make a difference to the results.
This excellent community primary school is a fantastic teaching environment to work in with a strong leadership team and CPD available.
Behaviour is excellent across the school which means that teachers can get on with teaching instead of managing behaviour.


About the role - KS1 Teacher and English Leader - Westminster, Central London

The school is looking to employ an experienced Key Stage 1 teacher with at least 2 years' experience, who can also lead English and has experience in a similar roles.
This role is suitable for a primary teacher who is able to take their own class within either Year 1 or 2.
Due to the nature of this role, this role is not suitable for NQTs.
The school is seeking a primary teacher who can bring fresh ideas to this role, using your skills and expertise to make an impact.
The teacher must have experience of raising standards in English, an area of weakness in the school.
