Tradewind is currently seeking an experienced KS1 Teacher who has a desire to motivate and engage pupils with their learning. This is a full-time position starting in September on a temporary to permanent basis. You will initially work through Tradewind and progress onto the Schools contract when the time is right for all parties (discussed in interview).
The Head is flexible with year groups within KS1 and is looking for the right practitioner to join their team. They are currently on a journey to raise attainment and levels throughout the School. This is a vibrant school who caters for a range of children who attend.
The School has been on a rapid development and improvement journey and is now recognised as a truly creative and innovative School with high standards.

Criteria:
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum.
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Strong behaviour management.
- KS1 experience.
- Able to demonstrate commitment and passion for education through raising standards.
- Positivity and a sense of humour.
- Team player.
- Ideally live locally or willing to commute.
- Available on a long-term basis from September 2021.
