KS1 Teaching Assistant- Level 3-Oldham-Full Time

A two form entry primary school in Royton, Oldham are seeking an KS1 Teaching Assistant to start March 2021- Ideally after half term when schools open.

This position will continue for the full academic year and has the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.

To be considered for this position you must hold an early years qualification and have at least a years' experience working within an KS1 setting at a primary school; or have nursery nurse experience and want to transition into a primary school setting.

You must have:

• A strong knowledge of the newest KS1 framework
• Experience of delivering phonics, basic maths (age appropriate)
• Have experience of planning and leading on activities that encourage children to learn through play and flourish in their surroundings.

The head teacher is looking to recruit a talented and proven KS1 TA to join the KS1 team. All applicants will need to be qualified, confident in their ability within the classroom.
