Located in the popular outer London borough of Enfield this well-run, Academy School has gone from strength to strength as noted by Ofsted when it recently achieved an 'Outstanding' grade in all areas. The school is part of a trust that have both secondary and primary schools located throughout the borough, all performing to a high level. Children at this school come from a range of backgrounds. They are mixed ability and have all had different starts in life, but all enjoy learning and are keen to achieve. For September (or potentially earlier) the school requires a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to take on one of their Key Stage 2 classes and lead the Phase as the school looks to continue its excellent development to date.

Role requirements - KS2 Phase Leader - Enfield, North London
*Experienced Primary Teacher who has taught several different KS2 year groups and held some responsibility across the school.
*The ability to lead by example teaching 'Good' or better lessons on a consistent basis.
*Ability to manage and develop staff who are at various stages of their career.
*Reporting direct to SLT, a clear communicator with passion for change and desire to see every child surpass the highest expectations would be best fit.
