You will be working in an inclusive school that strives to provide an educational experience focused on academic success, whilst nurturing other talents and skill sets within a positive primary school environment.
The school is situated in a diverse community in Tameside and is highly popular in the area as a result of strong links with local families. It was recently judged 'Good' by OFSTED and was praised for its significant growth. This is largely due to the Headteacher and passionate SLT who work harmoniously to achieve desired goals and have since devised a clear action plan in order to build on the school's success.

-Differentiate lessons by scaffolding material for lower level learners and stretching the more able to a mastery level.
-Analyse data to identify and address misconceptions and keep continuous records of pupil progress
-Liaise effectively with the SENDCO to create action plans and targeted interventions and evaluate their success making adjustments where necessary
-Work well as an independent practitioner as well as a team member and utilise skills from other professionals as well as lead in your own expert area
-Contribute to the broad extra-curricular programme offered by the school and attend wider school events in the local area
-Use technology accordingly to enhance learning opportunities
-Adhere to all school policies

If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to succeed in this role, we will welcome an application from you. Regardless of what stage you are at in your teaching career, the school provides a supportive and collaborative environment to thrive in, with extensive CPD opportunities to suit your interests, including possible leadership opportunities.
You'd be joining at an exciting time, as the school continues to build on its success and move forward on its journey to establish itself as one of the most improved schools in Tameside.
To be considered for this role, you must:

-Have QTS status (or an equivalent)
-Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure (Or be happy to undertake a new DBS through us) Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
-Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
