Tradewind are looking to appoint a KS2 Phase Leader on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 2-form entry Church of England primary school.
This London based primary school are looking to appoint a strong Teacher to join their KS2 team from September 2024 to the end of the academic year on a full-time basis.
About the role:
- Lead a team of teachers
- Monitor student achievement in the KS2 phase
- Implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies
- Work alongside the senior management team
- Understand and implement the school improvement plan
- Attend weekly staff meetings

- Strong support for pupils with SEN needs
Requirements:
- Must have UK recognised QTS
- Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in the UK within the last 5 years
- Must be available full-time and long-term from September
