We are working with a primary school in the Rotherham area seeking a Year 3 and PPA teacher from January 2021. The position is fixed term until the end of the academic year initially with the potential to become a permanent role from September 2021.
The appointed person will have responsibility for teaching their own Year 3 class Monday and Tuesday as part of a job share and will be covering PPA with two Year 5 classes on Wednesday. You will have responsibility for planning and assessment for the Year 3 part of the role but planning will be left for you to follow for the PPA in Year 5.
The school is a multi form entry with their own established team of Key Stage 2 teachers, the building is modern and well equipped with IT resources to enhance your lessons.
In it's last Ofsted inspection in 2017 the school was deemed 'Good' commenting that pupils made good progress and senior leadership was strong with a clear vision of where they would like the school to be.
The school is easily accessible from the M18 motorway and all staff have access to a secure car park throughout the day.
There is a covid secure risk assessment is place and a thorough health and safety induction will take place before commencing work.
Pay £125.00 - £180.00 per day

Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
